Time is running out for Conan O’Brien on NBC. Looks like Friday is his last show on that network, so Norm MacDonald needed to arrange for a surprise visit so he could remember to deliver that congratulatory gift basket he bought for Conan back in June of 2009. MacDonald himself knows what it’s like to get forced off the air on NBC, as it happened to him when he was anchoring “Weekend Update” for SNL. Norm’s also just funny awkward naturally. So this should be fun. And it was!
